How do I choose the right grip size for my racquet?
To find your size, measure from the middle crease of your palm to the tip of your ring finger. Most adults fall between size 2 (4 1/4) and size 4 (4 1/2). If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the smaller size as you can always add an overgrip.
Do your racquets come pre-strung?
Performance racquets are typically sold unstrung to allow for customization, while recreational models often come pre-strung. You can select your preferred string and tension on the product page, and our professional stringers will prepare it for you.
What is your return policy for tennis equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that racquets cannot be returned once the plastic wrap on the handle is removed or if the racquet has been custom-strung.
How long does shipping take within the United States?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. If you opt for our professional stringing service, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for processing before your order ships.
Do you offer a warranty on tennis racquets?
Yes, all new racquets come with a one-year manufacturer's warranty against defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, string breakage, or damage caused by racquet abuse (such as hitting the frame against the court).
Can I track my order once it has been placed?
Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.
