At TennisRacquets, we want to ensure you find the perfect match for your game; therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused equipment and apparel in its original packaging. Please note that rackets must have the plastic wrap on the handle intact and show no signs of court use to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and rackets are protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
